The kitchen has been installed with commercial equipment suitable for catering for large functions. It currently includes

• 1 x commercial electric oven with full electric hot plate
• 1 x commercial high powered extraction hood
• 1 x hot cupboard for plate warming and holding hot food
• 1 x commercial dishwasher with 5 minute wash cycle
• 1 x large gastronorm  catering fridge
• 1 x freezer
• 1 x double stainless steel  catering sink
• 1 x hand wash sink
• Stainless steel workbenches, some with wheels to allow movement around the kitchen
• Windows in the kitchen can be opened to allow ventilation when required
